What areas do you provide networking services or computer help to?

A: Lexington and Richland Counties. Other counties may be considered.

How much do you charge?

A: Our general rate is $100 p/h.
Frequent customers (more then once per year) receive 20% off, which translates to $80 p/h.

Emergency appointments (Within 24 hours of work request) will warrant the rate of $120 p/h no exception.

Important note: Our rates are less then major retailers, such as Best Buy, and our service is more capable, versatile, and more time efficient.

Who are the members of the internal CTDevelopment network?

Where did Andrew recieve his qualifications?

1. Former Executive Network Administrator - American Retail Credit Services, Inc. Pembroke Pines, FL - Managed all computer operations for 120+ End Users, Managed Call center operation servers, Exchange Server Administration.

2. Former BellSouth High Speed Internet Services Training Supervisor - Assisted in social reconstruction of large teams of support personnel to create efficiency and production through competiton. Successfully ensured higher retention rates for support personnel through the use of advanced improvised training methods. Also assisted in the development of monitoring data collection and analysis techniques that brought major increases in monitoring management effectiveness.

3. Former Systems Accountant at Piggie Park Enterprises, Cayce, SC. Assisted with major network upgrades and accounting software upgrades, as well as auditing and reporting budgets and sales figures to controller.

What is Andrew's current path of education?

Andrew studies political science, sociology, law, biochemistry, biology, and health science.

What is CTDelvopment's legal policy regarding liabilities and warranties?

CTDevelopment, and any or all of it's subsidiaries, employees, or subcontractors, abstain responsibility, for data loss, hardware failure, or any other liability or warranty outside of any liability or warranty provided by written contract. Equipment purchased from CTDevelopment implies no additional warranty from CTDevelopment, in excess of manufacturer's warranty, provided by written contract, for new equipment purchased locally or from out-of-state. CTDevelopment may choose to reduce labor rates for equipment purchased with the assistance of CTDevelopment on a case by case basis.

Hours of operation - Call us or email 24/7. We will get back to you as soon as available if you do not get immediate response. We schedule appointments from 8am - 2pm Monday through Friday.
